Family with kids not recommended

The gentleman at the counter upon check in was super awesome! He helped me find nearby attractions for my kids and even Googled some places to get prices.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but I expected a bit more for what I paid.

The staff were friendly and tried their best despite being overwhelmed.

I also noticed there were not enough staff around sometimes, making it difficult to get assistance at the front desk. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere among other guests, but the facility could use a thorough cleaning and more staff support.
